Hi There!
Hopefully by now you’ve realised that my name is Kirk and I love photography :)
Like many other photographers these days, I first started to get interested in photography when experimenting with my dad’s film camera. But since then I’ve become more and more obsessed by this hobby and begun the journey towards capturing stills that feel different. I don’t just want to be another landscape photographer but instead want my images to make me (and others) feel something special. I don’t quite know what that feeling is yet, but its much more than capturing just another pretty picture.
So why pursue landscape photography when there are so many others doing it? Well, I don’t really think about others as competition. I love checking out other artists work and admiring their creativity. It’s not a competition for me. I don’t care much about that side of things because it’s just something I love to do.
